Our Mission

To empower emerging female leaders to be catalysts for lasting change in the world today, through accompaniment, courageous-action, and education.

Our Program

Pivot offers cultural seminars, individual mentoring, discussion forums and hands-on activities, as well as interactive career and skills development presentations. The program provides an environment free from social pressure, where participants can develop lasting friendships.

Our Method

Accompaniment:Each month, seminar speakers share their professional and life experience. Pivot mentors help each girl to reflect on the content presented and to formulate goals to meet the unique challenges and opportunities she encounters.
